The shipping cost is based on the quantity ordered and choose the best plan to quote you, please contact us (info@pdpets.com) .for the quantity you need to buy, we will give you a quote as soon as possible。

Dispatch and delivery times

Non OEM/ODM orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days – We endeavor to get your order to you ASAP.

Delivery times once your order has been dispatched depend on delivery location. Estimated delivery time from domestic warehouse would be between 3 to 10 business days. It would be between 10-20 business days from our factory as well. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times

Please note delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by delivery to regional areas and any customs delays.

Please let us know if you need your order urgently and we will let you know if we can meet your deadline. In 90% of cases the answer is yes.

Cancelling an Order

For OEM/ODM orders, we offer free cancellations up until the point that production is commenced. Unfortunately after production has commenced we are unable to refund your order.

For non-OEM/ODM products, we are able to cancel your order if your items are yet to be shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for OEM/ODM products once the production process has commenced unless the mistake was an error on our part.

For non-personalized products, if the item is not as described or doesn’t meet the purpose it is intended for, please contact our customer service via email (info@pdpets.com) .

You have 14 days to issue your enquiry from the date of products arrival

Returns and Exchanges run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you a new one or give your money back.

All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.

Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
